Free Wheel North is a cycling development charity working towards creating a fairer, healthier society by enabling people of all ages and abilities to cycle as part of their everyday life.
Our Workshops at the White House and Glasgow Green are open but by appointment only. We have CyclingUK repair vouchers available, please speak with the mechanic to check if your bike qualifies.
Our track at Glasgow Green is open to use the adapted bikes, trikes, go karts, side by sides, hand cranks and family bikes on the track but you must book in via Eventbrite.
Cafes at both of our sites are open either for take away coffees, cakes, soups and filled rolls.

We have a waiting list for lessons, but we are running one to one lessons. Please contact us by email or Facebook messenger to go on the waiting list.
We teach and encourage people of all ages and abilities to cycle. We have a dedicated team of cycle trainers with many years experience in delivering specialist group and individual instruction.
We organise safe and sociable group rides exploring Glasgow and its surroundings. Cyclists of all abilities are welcome to join our free rides.
We campaign locally and nationally for universal access to cycling infrastructure, and for a more enlightened view of how people get around.
